Brian - Day 1

Hi all! One Day down...more excited than ever to do this. Thankful to be sharing this with all of you 'accountability buddies'.
Breakfast - Berry smoothie (same as Jen's)...so good; gotta love those antioxidants in berries
Lunch - Sliced turkey with goat cheese and mustard (who needs bread?)
Snack - carrots and strawberries with almond butter
Dinner - salmon, broccoli w/ sliced almonds, and salad w/ goat cheese (oil & vinegar)
Exercise - 3 miles on treadmill and weights ("hurt so good")
Lots of water and hot tea to drink.
Sleep good all!
