So sorry I didn't get here last night..had a good day yesterday and today, and I am not sure why I forgot to blog last night..but I have to say..this is one great journey :) I am loving this new way of eatting so much, the weight is coming off, and I am not strugglin too much!!
Today for ...
B-3 boiled eggs and a grapefruit
L-Salad with mixed greens and carrots and strawberries and grapes
S-Chicken salad and green tea :) yummmm
I can't remember yesterday, but it was about the same kind of food...lunch was just a grapefruit cause I didn't have time to grab anything more...rushing as usual ..it amazes me how little I am eatting some days, not even hungry but I eat just cause I feel like my body needs it...ha!! Good stuff of course!!
looking forward to a great weekend with maybe some fish tomorrow night..I love Salmon and Tilapia and Mahi Mahi...delish!!
