Diane - Day 19 - 21

The days are rolling along and this eating plan is becoming more routine and natural. I love how much better I feel which sure makes it easier to eat the right things. And I am noticing also that I am satisfied with less food than in the past, which is a good thing!

Friday

B - berry smoothie
L - salad, celery with almond butter
D - salad with salmon, garden vegetable pesto soup (Panera Bread and it was yummy!)
S - almonds

Saturday

B - berry smoothie
L - salad with grilled chicken and feta cheese
D - grilled steak (no hormones or junk), baked sweet potato, salad, steamed broccoli, fruit salad

Sunday

B - clementine
L - grilled chicken, salad, green beans, fruit salad
S - almonds
D - homemade veggie soup
