Day 6 - Melissa G.

Hey everyone ... I just love reading the positive blogs, it keeps me going ;) Thanks so much for sharing ideas! Love trying new things you post.

Yesterday was good and looked a little bit like this ...
B - Fruit smoothie w/ greens & a bit of almond milk
L - More chili ( I think it actually grows as we eat our way through the pot ... feels like we've been eating it for a week!)
D - sauteed marinated tofu w. spinach, mush. & onion, black eye peas, baked new potatoes
we put together the veggie lasagna and will have it tonight. Glad the recipe sparked a new favorite for Brian and Jen!
S - fruit and nuts and as always ... water, water, water

No work out, just played Wii w/ the family for a while ... sometimes life its self seems like all the workout I need. Praying for you all on this beautiful, but cold Sunday .... :)
