Brian - Day 7

One full week down...
Brunch - two poached eggs over spinach with field greens
Snack - smoothie and almonds
Dinner - leftover Vegetable Lasagna - just as good the second time around...eggplant/zuc/mushroom lasagna w/goat cheese and basil
Keep up the good work...I mean eating.
