Hey friends...all is good here!!

I can so tell I am detoxing too..its the yucky headache and the blahs..but its all good and I feel good too..just knowing all the good nutrients going into my body makes me smile ;)

B-smoothie with kefir and all the berries!!
S-1/2 grapefruit
L-spinich salad with turkey and goat cheese
S-almonds
D-Mahai Mahai (sp) Collard greens and green beans ( out to eat with mom and dad at Flat Rock) I even resisted the bread and cookies ;) I was so proud!! oh and Mom did too!!

Night everyone..I am so excited about this diet...praying for you all!! Love you!!
