Alex Days 18-22 & 23

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I've been off line for a bit! I've been doing great with the food with the exception of a couple of meals where I had some foods from Phase III before it was official...

Anyway, here's a start for today...(more later)
B - blueberries, almond butter, tea
L - Veggie soup w/Lentils
S - Almond butter
D - Veggie soup w/Lentils (again)!
