Day 16 - Melissa G.

Hello everyone ... Happy Wednesday!

Yesterday I felt great and got much accomplished. My prayer is that the energy and motivation continue as the days turn into weeks. Had a full day and got in 30 minutes on elliptical and 15 minutes of floor/yoga work. Started a great Beth Moore Bible study last night. Feeling good physically, mentally and spiritually.

My day went like this food wise:

B- Smoothie w/ greens
L- Low Sodium V-8
D- Portabella Patty on ww tortilla, veggie chips
S- grapes, apples and p'nut butter
water, water, water
