Brian - Day 4

Reading my dad's post just made my day. :-) proud of you, Pop.
I had my first major temptation today....watched my co-workers eat pizza (the good New York stuff)...but thanks to you guys, it wasn't too hard to decline and eat lettuce instead. Thanks, Team.
B - 2 eggs and bowl of berries (yum)
L - lettuce with oil vinegar
S - cherries and sliced turkey
D - broiled cod w/ lentils and roasted veggies (yum)
I need to step up the workouts too...and I will.
