Alex Day 2

Hi Everyone,

I'm feeling pretty good.

Here's the skinny on yesterday...

B - Almond butter and 2 tsp raw honey w/tea
L - Sea veggie soup with lentils and sprouts
D - Lentil soup, greek salad and baba ganoush w/tahini
S - grapefruit

Yesterday I was tired and low energy-- detoxing already! The other side of detox is indeed much more blissful.
