Diane - day 7

I survived the church pot luck with barely a glance at the dessert table......it sure felt good! God is good and has promised to help with our temptations if we will ask!

B - 1/2 grapefruit
L - vegetable soup, lettuce and tomatoes
S - almonds
Dinner - London broil, steamed spinach with mushrooms and goat cheese, salad
S - fresh berries with almonds, herbal tea
20 minute brisk walk at the lake (it had to be brisk 'cause it was freezing!!)
