Kim - Day 13

Hey Ya'll! I have struggle somewhat through this first phase with stomach issues. Also, I think I've only dropped a couple of pounds although my tummy feels flatter. How about you all...any weight loss?
B- 1 egg with onions
L- Tuna with Omega 3 mayo & spring mix salad with Tahini dressing
D- Beef filet with salad
I ate some whole grain bread with dinner because my stomach was really bothering me.
