Hey All -

The blog is looking full! That's good! :) We are all spurring each other on! Here's my day...

B - Peach/berry smoothie with greens
L - Big salad with broccoli, roasted red peppers, carrots, hard-boiled egg, and sunflower seeds
D - Soy-pomegranate glazed salmon, blueberry/mango/mixed greens salad
S - Apple
