Brian - Day 15

First day of Phase two...love the new foods.
B - Berry Smoothie with an orange and greens
L - 2 chicken hot dogs and pickles
S - carrots
D - leftover veggie lasagna with black beans (just because) and side salad
Appears I lost about 5 pounds in phase one...more importantly I'm feeling better, sleeping better, not congested, and maybe looking better too. :-)
I want to step up the exercise and add some muscle over the next 25 days.
