Hey all ;)

Had a good day..well sorta, but umm, I did well!!

Breakfast-2 boiled eggs and 2 turkey bacons
S-Smoothie with kefir and berries
L-Grapefruit and salad with chicken
S- Anthonys famous Beef Soup...with greenbeans, corn and pea...YUM YUM!!
