Melissa - Day 7

Wow ... one full week ... congratulations to us all!

Feeling that headache again that won't go away and this old body went from screaming in detox to a mild whimper, so it is getting better each day. Trying to do some type of physical activity outside of work every day - yoga, Wii or elliptical. Just something is better than nothing!

Yesterday looked like this food wise:
B - Hot Brown Rice Cereal
L - You guessed it ... Chili & Salad! We just keep adding to the Chili here and there to keep it interesting ;)
D - Veg. lasagna w/ no cheese ... tofu, spinach, veggies, tomatoes and fresh basil w/ ww pasta ... very yummy
S - fruits and nuts ... water, water, water

Loving my Bible study - have weekly phone lecture w/ the writer (my fabulous sister in law) and we're getting into the word nice and deep. I love to see how God connects the dots for us from the Old Testament to the New Testament. Prayer going up for each of you ... have a blessed Monday!
