Alex Days 10 & 11 & 12

Hi All,

Feeling great as well. Would like to be better about my water consumption. Need to step that part of it up! Here's my last few days...

Day 10

B - Grapefruit, berries smoothie w/coconut oil
L - Lupine beans, field greens, avocado
D - Kale, carrot, onion soup w/miso base
S - Green smoothie w/ lemon/lime juice
S - Almond butter & tahini


Day 11
B - grapefruit, strawberry smoothie w/coconut oil
L - Avocado, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, field greens, sunflower seed "bread"
D - Red lentil soup with carrots and celery, field greens


Day 12
B - Raw Almonds (Was on the go today and picked up a bag)

L- Sauteed eggplant and broccoli @ Chinese spot (forgot to be explicit about no sugar/corn starch when I ordered, so I did my best to avoid the sauce)

D - TBD
