Jen - Day 10

Hi Everyone -

Melissa, yes! I am totally noticing more restful sleep, too. It's blissful :) I remember that being a phenomenon every time we do 40 days. Our bodies aren't having to work as hard to break down complex carbohydrates (and who knows what else) during the night, so we sleep more peacefully. Gotta love that! Everyone else noticing the same?

Alex, thank you so so much for your thoughts/insights into going vegan! I will email you later today.

Here's how yesterday went:

B - Berry smoothie with greens
L - Big salad with hard boiled egg, carrots, peppers, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, red onion, goat cheese and dries cranberries (evoo and vinegar dressing)
D - Miso soup, baked cod, sauteed broccoli and lentils
S - Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
