Melissa G. - Days 23 & 24

Hey guys - Getting ready to settle in for a long snowy winter weekend here in the WNC mtns.

Wednesday and Thursday day were the same with a smoothie for breakfast and lunch.

D - Eggs w/ turkey sausage, corn tortilla
S- grapes, apples, raw almonds

D- hamburger w/o a bun, onions, peppers, mushrooms and goat cheese, sweet potato fries
S- pop corn
