Hey friends ...

So sorry I missed posting yesterday..had a wonderful day..and finally got on the scales..yippee..8 wonderful pound GONE :) sooo very encouraged!! thank you for your prayers!! I am running with this change!!

Did perfect yesterday..no messin up at all!!

B-Strawberry Smoothie and 2 pieces of Turkey Bacon
L-Hamburger pattie ..green beans..and tomatoe slices
S-almonds and carrots
D-Blueberry smoothie ( not even hungry :)

now for today...

B-Mixed berry Smoothie and turkey bacon
