Day 1

Off to a good start and so happy to be on track for better health:

Breakfast - boiled egg, turkey bacon and 1/2 grapefruit
Snack - almonds
Lunch - salad with sliced turkey
Snack - cherries
Dinner - grilled steak, green beans, salad; fresh berries for dessert
Lots of water and herbal tea to help warm me up on a cold night
20 minute aerobic exercise to start the day
