Alex Day 13 & 14 & 15

Hi Guys,

Phase II is here! Yay. I've got to go get my book to see what foods I can add. How fun. Exercise has been good over past few days...African dance classes, yoga and cross-training classes at the gym.

Now, to exercise my spirit! So our message at church yesterday was about the importance of planning a dedicated time of prayer preferably in the morning...I've been needing a little nudge! So, I'm going to set a goal of sitting quietly each morning for 15 minutes and reading a page out of "God's Best Secrets"--(a book that I can't remember where I picked up). Each day has a short reading which is about 7 sentences long. Today was the first day of that and my reading for today was about the importance of praying w/out ceasing... How timely.

Here's my log for the last few days...
