Melissa G - Day 11

Had a busy day yesterday, but stuck to it. I just took a big bag of good for me food so I wouldn't be tempted to get anything else out of convenience. It was hard being surrounded by Chick Fil A w/ a grumbling tummy at dinner time - even the Chick Fil A cow mascot was trying to get me to eat a combo, but I held strong and fast to the "fast"!

Yesterday went like this food wise:

B - Hot Whole Grain Cereal
L - Garbanzo Bean Salad, Banana & Grapes
D - WW Black Bean Taquitos w/ Chili
S - almonds, grapes
water, water, water, water, water ....

Along with yesterday the weekend is busy as well. My daughter's 8th Birthday celebration is a weekend long affair with sleep overs, tea parties, movies, family and friends ... and FOOD. Preparing myself for the temptations that will surround me. Have a great weekend ... praying for you all.
