Day 13 Melissa G.

I held out as long as I could for the birthday weekend, but fell short of denying myself some of the yummy cake. I didn't go overboard, but did have a small piece. Oh well, today is a new day.

Yesterday went like this:

B- Smoothie w/ greens
L- bean salad, bananas, grapes
D- tofu w/ red curry and rice & tom yum soup
S - pineapple, mango, grapes, melon, broccoli, celery ... oh, yeah, and the cake

In my humble defense the cake was all hand made and in the shape of a tea pot ... and no chocolate anywhere!!! The rest is going to the neighbors house ... today ... remove temptation.
