Melissa - Day 9

Hi everyone ... great job! So encouraging to know we're all on track!!! God is good and supplies all we need ... I find great joy in preparing my meals from His provision and not man's (like Wendy's or Subway!!!)

Yesterday went like this:

B - fruit juice smoothie w/ greens
L - more smoothie & a banana, almonds
D - finished up the veg. spinach lasagna w/ side of asparagus and a salad ** we did add a yummy soy based vegan mozzarella cheese blend on top!
S - granola w/ vanilla soy milk
water, water, water, water, water ...

Wii active for 30 minutes. Unlocked some new strength and yoga moves and I'm a hula hoop queen ... and my sides and belly are sore!!!
