Hey all...tgif.
Sorry I didn't blog yesterday. All is well...sleeping great and feeling good.
Thurs
B - 2 eggs and berry smoothie
L - tomato basil soup and goat cheese salad
D - meatless/noodles spaghetti...veggies with tomato sauce
S - berries and almond butter
Today
B & L fast
S almonds and pickles
D - salmon with asparagus, broc/mushrooms, and side salad
Good night...sleep tight.
