Kim - Day 9 & 10

Tues. Day 9 -
B- goat's milk yogurt with blueberries, almonds & tsp. of honey
L-london broil, green beans & slaw
D-Sauteed chicken with salsa, spices & guacamole, sm. salad with spinach & carrots

Wed.- Day 10
B - fast
L- grilled roast beef & onions, green beans & side salad (not feeling well since - I went with my prayer group to Cracker Barrel - the beef was way too greasy. : ( Never again!
Snack later - goat's milk yogurt with blueberries, almonds & tsp. of honey

It's all about choices... & sometimes I learn the hard way. I need lots of protein in my diet because I struggle with anemia & blood sugar issues.
I want to eat for the glory of God!
