Jen - Day 22

Hi All -

Welcome to Joan! Glad to see you pop up on here, and glad that all is going well. You are so right - this is not a "diet" in the traditional sense. We are all learning to incorporate the principles of health into an ongoing lifestyle... That's the only way we'll be able to get and stay healthy. We need to keep reminding ourselves of that. Good to hear from you on here!

Melissa, thanks for posting the recipe!! I can't wait to try it. (And I bet I won't be the only one.:) Welcome to full on Maker's. Sounds like the Daniel Fast was great!

Here's my day today:
B - Peach/berry/spinach smoothie made with coconut water
L - Leftover chili
D - Buffalo-marinated artichoke hearts, sauteed broccoli and small salad
S - Orange
