Brian - Day13&14

Woohoo. Great job, Team. Phase One is behind us.
Stay strong, keep pushing, but enjoy the new foods.
Excited to keep it going and step up the exercise.
B- Berry smoothie w spinach/swiss chard
L- snack of pickles almonds carrots and a spoon of almond buttr
D-spinach salad with mush onion carrots oil vin
Today
Brunch- 2 scrambled eggs, berries. and berry smoothie
S - almonds and 2 chicken hot dogs
D- vegetable lasagna YUM - eggplant/zuc/squash/red peppers/mushrooms/Tsauce/goat cheese/garlic (my new favorite)
Phase Two here we come.
