As we brace for possibly another snowstorm here, I am staying strong and determined to follow the plan to improved health. I'll sure be glad when all the Christmas goodies are gone from our office! Phillip is also doing well but hasn't yet figured out the blog post. I'll try to help him with that very soon.
Breakfast - 2 eggs with turkey bacon and 1/2 grapefruit
Snack - celry with almond butter
Lunch - salad with sliced turkey and goat cheese
Dinner - grilled Mahai Mahai, asparagus and collard greens
20 minute aerobic workout
It is so good to know we are not going through this alone. Your prayers are helping and I love the posts. Keep up the good work..........one day at a time!!
