Jen - Day 23

Can you guys believe we have made it to Day 23?! I hope you are all starting to feel the lifestyle developing... :) Here's my day:

B - Peach/Berry/Red Chard Smoothie made with Coconut Water
L - Leftover Chili
D - Stir-Fry Vegetables over Lentils
S - Carrots

Starting a true work out routine tomorrow! I'll keep you posted on the progress :)
