Day 5

L - Salad with lupine beans, avocado, green smoothie

D - lentil soup


Day 6 (so far)

Tea w/coco milk and tsp raw honey

L - Lentil soup, avocado,
Cauliflower and jicama slaw

S - GOL Superseed smoothie

D - Going somewhere Maker's friendly!

Exercise: Headed to West African Dance class now... maybe you'll be able to hear the drums!
