Jen - Day 3

Hey hey!

Hope everyone has had a splendid Day 3 :). Taking a cue from Alex's shorthand, here's my day -

B - 2 eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon and bowl of blue/straw/black/raspberries/almond slices
L - Kefir/mixed berry/flax/almond butter smoothie (hate to be redundant, but I love these)
D - Sauteed chicken tenders with roasted red peppers/red onions, spinach, lentils and small salad with goat cheese and oil/vinegar
S - Carrots, cherries

I am already starting to feel the detox too. It's so much easier to deal with when you remember that it's for such a greater purpose! Can't wait to hear how Day 3 was for you all!
