Kim- Day 11

B - Goat milk yogurt with blueberries, almonds & little honey
L- Thai chicken soup & small salad (carrots & romaine w/ some wasabi dressing
D- grilled tilapia with salsa chutney & steamed brocolli
S - tsp of almond butter with a drizzle of honey

Yes, I am sleeping great as well. Thanks for all the encouragement from everyone!
