Hi all! Thanks, Jen for the comments. I don't know if I detoxing already or just sheer exhaustion from the past 4 days...I may be getting too old to hang with 18-25 year olds. haha
Breakfast - 1 scrambled egg in butter
Lunch - roast beef with mushrooms & onions, coleslaw, green beans & turnip greens (all small portions)
Dinner - lentil soup & grilled chicken salad with tomatoes, egg, goat cheese, & balsamic dressing
Snack - 2 strawberries with almond butter & cup of herbal tea
