Jen - Day 8

Hey Guys -

Great job on the blogging... it's really keeping everyone focused and on track :) Here's my day:

B - Goat kefir/blueberry/almond butter smoothie
L - Big salad with carrots/roasted red peppers/red onion/almonds/goat cheese
D - Salmon with sauteed spinach and green beans
S - Bowl of mixed berries topped with warm honey and almond slices
