Day 6 & 7 - Melissa G.

I had every intention of blogging yesterday, but life happened :)

Both days were pretty much the same exercise wise. Averaging about 30 minutes on the Wii doing all the fun "work out" things. I vow to put the elliptical in my plan, at least 3 x a week!

B- fruit juice smoothie w/ greens
L - ww/brown rice bread and almond butter
D - leftover veg. spinach lasagna & salad
S - fruit, nuts, soy milk
water, water, water, water .....

Feeling pretty good and staying on target for the Daniel fast. Looking forward to joining you food wise in two weeks as we journey on to day 40 Maker's style. Good job everyone ... I'm praying for us all!
