Kim - Day 18 & 19

Day 18
B - ricotta cheese, stawberries, almonds & a little honey
L - grilled chicken, spring mix salad with egg, sunflower seeds, carrots, steamed brocolli
D- Chicken salad with spring mix almonds, eggs & cheese

Day 19
B - ricotta cheese, stawberries, almonds & a little honey - yummy
L - sm. grilled chicken salad with spring mix
D- baked white fish, 1 spicy chicken drumette, collards, mushrooms & onions (from Whole Foods)
S - almonds
