di-et [dahy-it] - noun: food and drink considered in terms of its qualities, composition and its effects on health.
Not to be confused with fad "diets," deprevation/binge eating,
or eating plans that lead to short-term weight loss and rebounding.
Over the next 40 days, you are not "on a diet;" you are redefining your lifestyle.

Melissa G - Day 15

Hi Guys - I'm so impressed with the foods I am seeing - they all sound like something right off a restaurant menu! How wonderful that is how we're eating, but we are eating like the true King of kings so it stands to reason the items all sound amazing. I keep telling everyone who is not familiar with this fast/diet we're doing that it is basically "what would Jesus eat?" Keep it up, your all an inspiration and your not even trying to be! Brian, I'm so proud of your exercise routine, and yes, Jen ... a long walk in the park w/ your sweet pup does count in my book! Alex, your inspring me to set my alarm even earlier for my quiet time alone w/ God. Thanks for the word. Love your humor and honesty, Cindy - you are doing just fine, my friend.

Yesterday was good and went like this ...
B - Fruit juice smoothie w/ greens
L- natural salt free peanut butter on ww/brown rice bread, grapes
D- ww pasta, salad w/ the works (onion, mush, broc, carrots, sesame seeds) w/ balsamic vinegar
S- frozen strawberry fruit pop

New ladies Bible study tonight! Can't wait to see what God has for me to hear. Have a blessed week and be so proud of how much you have accomplished! Praying for you!!
