Jen - Day 18

Hey Team -

B - Peach/berry/rainbow chard smoothie
L - Walnuts and carrots
D - Small piece of baked cod, sweet potato and broccoli sauteed with sesame seeds
S - Strawberries with pumpkin seeds and a little agave nectar

Got in a good 50 minutes of cardio in the park today with Ryli. It was a beautiful day in New York City! Hope you all have had a great one.
