Brian - Day 23

Hi Team! Good Tuesday for me...
B- same Berry smoothie as Jen...so good...can't taste the greens but they're there.
L- spinach salad with grilled chicken, red onion, carrot, kidney beans, broc, oil vin
S- a couple spoons of almond butter
D- stir fry veggies over lentils
...and a couple cups of tea to wash it all down.
