Melissa G - Day 21

Hey everyone - hope you all had a great Monday. I had a great start to Makers and love the choices I'm allowed. I've been making menu's for the week and retraining my food thoughts to encompass Makers choices. I hope to have the hang of it by Friday!

B - Goats Milk Smoothie w. pomegranate juice and greens
L- More Smoothie
D- Pot Roast cooked all day in slow cooker w/ carrots, celery, onion and red potato
S- raw almonds, grapes

Exercised for 30 minutes doing Faithful Workouts (contemporary Christian music, scripture and resistance bands ... I was hurting this morning!) I like to change up my exercise choices and hopefully just putting exercise in my day will become routine.
