Jen - Day 15

Hey All -

How is Phase II treating you? :-) I have loved this first day of it. Here's the rundown:

B - Berry smoothie with an orange and greens
L - Apple
D - Leftover veggie (from last night's dinner), side of black beans and a small salad
S - Carrots

Exercise - Long walk in the park with Ryli. That has to count for something! :)
Alex, praying for your new morning goal. Good stuff. Melissa, you are the best! Such an encourager even when things are so hectic for you. Go team!
