Cindy - Day 15

Hey everyone..sorry to be missing!!

I had a really good day, and stuck to it ...forgetting about beginning Phase 2...wow, so sorry!! I am ashamed!!

But I had a pretty good weekend, well sorta, I had a little set back on Friday, picked up and went on Saturday, and well..got to the Tea Party, and had to be tempted with the same cake as Melissa ;) oh my it was good..but I did MUCH better on Sunday..had a great day and stuck to it..so I will NOT mess up again..I swear!!

Today....

B-Berry Smoothie with almond butter..love that additive :) makes it soo yummy!!
S-Grapefruit
L-Chicken -grilled with mixed greens
S-Green tea
D- skipped it..wasn't hungry :) FOR REAL!!

on to tomorrow..with much encouragement...yippee..thank you for your prayers..I am pressing on and letting God be in control of what is stressing me..I will not take it back ;)
