Cindy

Hey!!

It was an interesting..with snow and running..but I stuck to it :)

Breakfast: Mixed Berry Smoothie with Keifer and Turkey Bacon
Lunch: Salad with turkey slices and lots of yummy carrots
Dinner: Grilled Chicken with a salad
Snack: Carrots and almond butter...this is sooo good butter ;) Love it!!

Oh and some coffee too..had a big cup tonight..its cold and it was so HOT!! Lots of walking Hank too..love my sweet Hank ;)
