Jen - Day 2

Hi Guys -

How has everyone's day 2 been? I've had a great one. Here's the scoop -

Breakfast - Goat kefir/blueberry/flax oil/almond butter smoothie
Lunch - 2 scrambled eggs and bowl of rasp, black and blueberries with almond butter
Snack - Goat cheese slices
Dinner - Veggie spaghetti with turkey meat sauce (sliced zucchini, squash, carrots, mushrooms and red onion instead of noodles)
