Kim - Day 18

B - blueberries, walnuts with a drizzle of honey
L - bowl of taco soup (beef, tomatoes, kidney beans, pintos, corn with mexi spices)
D - omelet with goat cheese & salsa (sm. amount of sour cream on top)
S - strawberries with almond butter (my favorite, too), a little honey & green mint tea

Raining all morning so I went to the Y to walk on the treadmill - still need to exercise more! : )
