Sorry I got behind with my posting but have been on track with my eating! I've had a few headaches but nothing too bad on the detox. It does seem to be getting a little easier and I'm not feeling too much tempation to eat things that aren't on the plan. I also seem to be satisfied with smaller portions and think I have lost a few pounds. It is especially encouraging to read all your comments and to know we are doing this together!
Thursday
B - kefir and berries smoothis
S - almonds
L - tomato basil soup (Earth Fare), celery with almond butter
D - chicken thighs, asparagus, salad
20 minute aerobic workout
Friday
B - egg, turkey bacon, 1/2 grapefruit
L - celery with almond butter
D - grilled hamburger patty, salad, fresh berries with almonds
Saturday
B - egg, turkey bacon 1/2 grapefruit
D - chicken stock soup, carrots with almond butter, a couple of slices of goat cheese
S - fresh berries with almonds
Have a good weekend! We are having a pot luck dinner after church so pray that we won't be tempted with the dessert table!
