Kim- Day 25

B - plain goat milk yogurt with blueberries, almonds & honey
L- omelet with spinach, turkey bacon & Swiss cheese
D- baked salmon with dill sauce, sweet potatoes (sauteed in coconut oil) & small field green salad
*love the sweet potatoes & I used a little of Annie's Woodstock dressing (my fav)
S - almonds
