Diane - Day 17

I haven't added any phase 2 choices yet since things are working well but I probably will at least add some of the fruit soon.

Wednesday

B - berry smoothie
S - almonds
L - celery, strawberries, almond butter
D - grilled maihi maihi, salad, steamed broccoli

15 minute work out
